Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret financial statements and sales data
• Supervise (includes coaching and mentoring), train, motivate and develop Alpha Sales Force Advisor / Team Manager
• Assist in identifying required resources to achieve the revenue budget
• Identify actual and potential operational issues to the Group Head
• Presentation of the SBU performance at the monthly Divisional MPR, QBR and Budget meetings.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in any field from reputable tertiary institution
• 4 years experience in Financial Services of which 2 years should be in insurance sales.
• Professional qualification (i.e CII, CIIN or other of similar equivalence) will be an advantage.
