Job Description

• We are looking for candidates who will be responsible for supervising and coordinating sales efforts in given locations around the country.

Responsibilities

• Developing base for long-term sources of clients
• Monitoring and evaluating the performances of Agents in primary location
• Develop framework for achieving sales targets set by line managers
• Looking for opportunities to develop solutions for clients, and ensuring clients receive superior customer service
• Effectively sell insurance policies/plans to small and medium scale enterprises

Requirements/Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Management from a reputable university
• At least 4 years in account management, business development, and marketing experience in an insurance company
• Strong track record of growing revenue and increasing the bottom line
• Strong desire to exceed set targets
