Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field and possess strong leadership and technical skills.
- This role requires someone with commercial ability and Entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities
- Aftersales Service Coordination.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Technical Support and Expertise
- Inventory and Resource Management
- Reporting and Analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in aftersales service management, preferably in the power solutions industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent technical knowledge and expertise in industrial generators, transformers, low voltage products, and IPPs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
