Affiliate & Programmatic Revenue Manager at Techistry Integrated

Role Summary

• We are a sports media brand seeking a Affiliate & Programmatic Revenue Manager to take full ownership of our revenue generation.
• In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for maximizing income through direct advertising sales, sportsbook affiliate partnerships, and programmatic ad networks (Google Ad Manager, header bidding).
• This is a hands-on position with a sole focus on revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and achieve monthly revenue targets from direct brand advertising, sportsbook affiliate channels, and Google Ad Manager / programmatic yield.
• Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with sportsbook affiliate partners and direct advertisers.
• Implement and enforce an anti-cannibalisation policy for content monetization (affiliate links vs. direct ads).
• Optimize ad inventory and programmatic yield using SEO and header bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with content and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of monetization strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital media revenue generation (sports, news, or affiliate publishing).
• Proven experience with Google Ad Manager, header bidding, and affiliate networks.
• Strong understanding of SEO and programmatic yield management.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian media landscape is a plus.
