Job Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Affiliate Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our Affiliate Program by assisting in the day-to-day management of affiliate relationships, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaign results. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering productive partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Affiliate Manager in daily operations, including monitoring, onboarding, and training affiliates.
• Track and analyze affiliate performance metrics, ensuring accurate data reporting and identifying growth opportunities.
• Manage affiliate inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Monitor compliance and quality of affiliate traffic to align with company standards.
• Research new affiliate partnerships and contribute ideas for improving the affiliate program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance) to align affiliate campaigns with broader company goals.
• Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance and contribute to strategy meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing or digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with analytics or affiliate tracking tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical mindset with a strong interest in data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role in digital marketing.
• Familiarity with major affiliate networks and platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a bonus.
