Responsibilities
Product Knowledge & Testing:

• Assist in testing creams and skincare formulations for texture, scent, and skin feel.
• Provide feedback on effectiveness and suitability for different skin types.
• Stay updated on product ingredients and their benefits.

Customer Guidance & Sales Support:

• Conduct skin analysis for customers to recommend the right cream.
• Educate clients on correct product usage (application methods, frequency, precautions).
• Address common concerns like acne, dryness, hyperpigmentation, or sensitivity.
• Promote and upsell creams and related skincare products.

Quality & Safety Compliance:

• Ensure products are packaged, labeled, and stored according to safety standards.
• Follow hygiene protocols when demonstrating or applying creams.
• Report any adverse reactions or product issues to the laboratory team.

Demonstrations & Training:

• Conduct product demonstrations for clients or distributors.
• Train sales staff or customers on skincare routines and benefits of the cream.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain client consultation records.
• Collect customer feedback to improve formulations.
• Assist with stock management and product display.
