Aesthetic Nurse at Ascentech Services Limited

PURPOSE

A highly motivated Aesthetic Nurse responsible for delivering clinical excellence through professional treatments, client education, and support for aesthetic procedures. The ideal candidate will utilize strong clinical and training capabilities to promote safe practices, improve patient outcomes, and support continuous learning within the medical aesthetics environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform and assist with aesthetic procedures including injectables, laser treatments, and skincare therapies while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, pre- and post-procedure care, skincare routines, and product usage.
• Conduct training sessions—both hands-on and theoretical—for internal staff on aesthetic devices, injectables, and skincare products.
• Develop and update training and clinical materials including treatment protocols, SOPs, manuals, and presentations aligned with Afrimed’s brand and manufacturers’ standards.
• Assist with product launches, demonstrations, and workshops to improve product understanding and adoption.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and clinical reports in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Stay updated on current aesthetic trends, treatment protocols, technologies, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure consistent clinical messaging and support operational requirements.
• Conduct on-site clinical support visits to partner facilities when required.
• Uphold strict medical, ethical, and safety standards in all clinical and training activities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years practical experience in aesthetics or aesthetic nursing.
• Experience performing aesthetic procedures and/or delivering clinical training.
• Ability to design and adapt clinical and training curriculum.
• Strong mentoring, coaching, and patient-care abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
