    Advantage Connect Team Lead

    Job Summary

    • The Advantage ConnectTeam Lead position is responsible for managing and growing the company's distribution model by driving product strategy, sales performance, partner engagement, and execution across franchise networks and sales teams.
    • The role reports to the Head of Sales (Distribution) and supervises Franchisees, Partners, Team Leads, and Life Planners.

    Key Responsibilities
    Product Strategy & Management:

    • Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the Advantage Connect platform.
    • Manage the entire product lifecycle from design to launch.
    • Define product positioning and messaging.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

    Sales & Distribution:

    • Recruit, onboard, and train Life Planners and partners.
    • Implement and oversee multi-level distribution structures.
    • Monitor sales performance and ensure revenue targets are achieved.
    • Design incentive and bonus schemes to drive productivity.

    Stakeholder & Partner Management:

    • Maintain regular engagement with franchisees, team leads, and Life Planners.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Training teams.
    • Explore partnerships and licensing opportunities with external stakeholders.

    Performance Management:

    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports.
    • Analyze business performance and distribution efficiency.
    • Support continuous improvement of training and onboarding programs.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    Success is measured by:

    • Revenue growth and profitability.
    • Achievement of sales and distribution targets.
    • Effective partner recruitment, onboarding, and engagement.
    • Timely execution of product initiatives.
    • Customer experience standards.
    • Compliance with business processes.
    • Accurate and timely reporting.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, retail sales, or distribution.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills.
    • Experience launching or managing products/business channels.
    • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and reporting abilities.
    • Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
