As an Ads Manager at Aeona, you will be pivotal in driving our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for setting up and managing social media ads, ensuring seamless communication with our audience, and collaborating with the marketing team to create data-driven conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Advertising: Develop, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Direct Message Management: Efficiently manage all direct messages (DMs) across social media channels, ensuring timely responses and exceptional customer support.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights, monitor key performance indicators, and continuously optimize ad campaigns to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Ad Campaign Creation: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative ad content and landing pages that align with our brand's messaging and objectives.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively to achieve campaign goals while staying within allocated spending limits.
Audience Segmentation: Define and refine target audience segments and develop tailored ad campaigns for different audience personas.
A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize ad performance, including ad copy, creative, and landing page variations.

Qualifications:
