    Admissions Coordinator

    Job Overview:

    • A growing interior design company with a training arm is hiring an Admissions Coordinator to manage its student admissions and onboarding processes.
    • This role involves handling inquiries, guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, and ensuring a smooth transition into the academy.
    • The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and passionate about design education and customer experience.hands-on industry experience.

    Job Requirement:

    • 2—4 years of experience in admissions, student affairs, or customer service
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong administrative and organizational abilities
    • Familiarity with CRM tools or student database management systems
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple admissions cycles simultaneously
    • Interest or background in interior design or creative industries is a plus
