Responsiblities

• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
• Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers, or other equipment necessary.
• Maintaining filing, indexing, or record systems.
• Recording, transcribing, and collating information, including the operation of computerized administrative systems.
• Undertaking other related duties as determined by the administrator or the supervisor.
• Coordinating all administrative processes

Requirement

• B.A/BSC/HND in business administration or a related course
• Self-motivated and able to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Proven experience working in an office environment.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
