Administrative Officer at Kingston Bridge School

Overview
This is a blend of administrative, secretarial, customer and general services functions:

• Providing general administrative support in accordance with Management instructions for effective and smooth running of the School operations.
• Managing the Front Desk office to ensure that visitors, parents and other stakeholders, as well as enquires and communications are promptly and appropriately handled.
• Providing support in the promotion of the School’s visibility towards attracting new enrolments and building of good image/reputation.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.
• 3 - 10 years work experience
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good office administration and facilities' management experiences.
• Strong organizational skill, with ability to multi-task and problem-solving.
• Highly conscientious, committed, versatile with IT skill.
• Good interpersonal relationship, neat dressing and courteous.
