Provide efficient day-to-day administrative and office support that enables the smooth running of the facility and its support services functions.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including correspondence, filing, document management and records maintenance.
Manage office supplies and consumables; monitor stock levels and raise requisitions in good time.
Coordinate meetings, appointments and calendars; prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on action items.
Support facilities upkeep by logging maintenance requests and tracking resolution with service providers.
Handle front-desk, visitor and switchboard activities, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for patients and guests.
Maintain registers and trackers (assets, contracts, utilities, fuel, etc.) and keep them current.
Support travel, accommodation and logistics arrangements for staff.
Assist with processing of invoices, expense claims and petty‑cash administration in line with policy.
Ensure compliance with administrative policies, procedures and HSSE requirements.
Provide support on ad hoc projects and events as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable.
4–6 years’ relevant administrative experience.
