Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and well-organized administrative officer to join our administrative team.
• The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the college and ensuring effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front office and reception duties, welcoming visitors and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain accurate student records, including admissions, attendance, and documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the Head of School and teaching staff.
• Coordinate school communications, meetings, and scheduling.
• Handle official correspondence, filing, and document control.
• Support school events, examinations, and staff coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and confidentiality standards.
