Job Description
Work closely with and report to the Administrative Manager to facilitate office support
Primary point of contact for on-site staff and all enquiries including site access, sign in procedures, covid protocols, conference & desk reservations, calls, mail, shipping, printing, supply management, etc.
Critical support and cover to the operations team as required and during times of absence.
Collaborate with key support functions (Finance, IT, Legal, HR, Environmental Health & Safety)
Cater meetings & staff special lunches
Assist with company social events and celebrations as well as large meetings
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
High School Degree
6 months -1 year Administrative experience preferred
Positive team mentality, able to work well on a team
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task are essential
Must be self-motivated and diligent in following through with tasks until completion.
Must be positive and motivated with excellent communications skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changes in work strategy
Excellent computer skills
Great oral and verbal communication
