    Administrative Officer

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage office supplies stock and inventory.
    • prepare monthly reports on sales and expenses.
    • Accounts payable and receivable.
    • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
    • Answer queries and enquires by employees and clients.
    • Maintain all records and update company database.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven work experience as an administrator or similar role.
    • Experience with office management software like MS office (MS Word and Excel).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of office procedures.

    QUALIFICATION

    • Bachelors degree in any related field.
    • Must have completed NYSC.
    • At least 1 year experience in an administrative role or related role.
