    Job Summary

    • To ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the School.
    • To manage administrative staff and guide operating methods.
    • To direct and manage procurement in line with the school needs.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Administrative/Operational Management
    • Utilities Management, repairs and Maintenance
    • Asset Management
    • Procurement, Supplier and Vendor liasion and Management
    • Compliance and Record Keeping
    • Reporting
    • Projects Management
    • Fleet Management
    • Security Management
    • Personnel Management

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 6 - 10 years work experience
