Job Description

• We are looking to hire an administrative manager to organize administrative systems and procedures and come up with ways to streamline operations, allocate tasks and office space, as well as hiring and training new employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
• Maintain and update company databases
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Book meeting rooms as required
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages)
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Arrange travel and accommodations.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc
• Age: 24 - 30
• 0 - 2 years experience in administration
• Tech savvy (Office applications and smartphone operation)
• Superb oral and written communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N240,000 Monthly.
