    Administrative / HR Officer

    Job Summary

    • Responsible for the employee life cycle management of all employees. Handle and process employee data as well as update the policies of our company.
    • You will also have to provide assistance in the process of recruiting and hiring process. Lead the day-to-day operations of the Administrative and Human Resources department.

    Responsibilities

    • Make sure office areas are clean at all times
    • Maintain facilities and equipment in the office
    • Ensure proper filing system
    • Respond to and triage company emails, phone calls, and other correspondence (letters and packages) as necessary
    • Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on company processes
    • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
    • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
    • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
    • Ensure shop manual and all company materials and information are up to date
    • Conduct staff training on company procedures and policies
    • Resolve customer complaints and process customer feedbacks
    • Maintain the customer database
    • Manage personnel files and ensure all files are up-to-date
    • Manage employee engagement program and staff welfare (e.g. Birthday Appreciation)
    • Maintain absence record
    • Schedule performance reviews and follow up on action plans with HR strategist
    • Ensure branches hold their weekly meetings and send out meeting minutes and action points
    • Ensure all new and updated company policies are communicated to all staff
    • Ensure all employees are aware of company policies and initiatives including sales and marketing initiatives
    • Ensure all administrative and personnel processes are being followed.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in Law.
    • 1-2 years’ experience in Administration and People Management.
    • Must have integrity, be honest and trustworthy
    • Outstanding communication skills.
    • Strong organization and analytical skills.
    • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
    • Ability to maintain an employee’s personal records
    • Interpersonal skills
    • Outstanding problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
    • Must be professional in relating to people
    • Exceptional attention to details.
