We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
Sort, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files in accordance with company policies.
Ensure all documents are accurately labeled and retrievable.
Cross-check information against existing records to ensure consistency.
Input and update relevant data into internal systems, maintain data integrity and accuracy.
Perform general office duties and any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements and Skills
Candidates should possess an OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 1+ year of previous administrative experience.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills
A proactive attitude to work collaboratively in a team.
