About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Admission Officer to manage student enrollment processes and provide a seamless admission experience for prospective parents and learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admission inquiries, applications, and follow-ups
• Guide parents through the admission process
• Coordinate entrance assessments and interviews
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation
• Support enrollment campaigns and admission events
• Prepare and issue admission letters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 - 4 years of experience in admissions, front desk, or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and record-keeping ability
• Proficiency in MS Office.
