    Admin/Project Coordinator Intern

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to faculty and staff, including scheduling classes, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
    • Assist with project coordination, including planning events, organizing executive classes/trainings, and managing logistics
    • Maintain accurate records and databases
    • Support student services, including advising students and processing trainings
    • Participate in various administrative projects
    • Handle the social media pages

    Qualifications:

    • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
    • A passion for learning and growing in the field of administration and project management
