    Admin Officer

    We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage front desk and operations professionally
    • Handle calls, emails, correspondence, and visitor coordination
    • Maintain supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
    • Assist HR, Finance, and Operations with administrative tasks
    • Draft memos, maintain records, and ensure proper documentation

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field
    • 1–2 years experience in an administrative or front desk role
    • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
    • Professional appearance and attention to detail
