• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets Maintain and update company databases
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents Answer queries by employees and clients
• Update office policies as needed
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments Book meeting rooms as required
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages) Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
• Arrange travel and accommodations
• Schedule in-house and external events
• Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
• Update internal databases with new hire information
• Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
• Publish and remove job ads
• Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
• Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
• Develop training and on boarding material
• Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)

Salary :- N 60000 - N 80000
