Admin Executive at Outcess Solutions Nigeria Limited

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing, coordinating and monitoring general office maintenance and repair.
• Managing cafeteria hygiene and adequacy of eatables.
• Managing mail and courier system.
• Managing toilet hygiene and high standard of cleanliness in the workplace.
• Managing of the office equipment.
• Managing clerical or other administrative staff.
• Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
• Managing office supplies stock and placing orders.
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management.

 REQUIREMENTS

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Electrical engineering or other related fields.
• Candidate must be within the age bracket 20 - 35years
• Relevant experience (6months – 1year) as an Admin is an advantage
• Strong negotiation skill
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Language skillsMust speak fluent English and at least one of the 3 major Nigerian Languages – Hausa, Igbo,    Yoruba.
• Must have NYSC Discharge Certificate/Exemption letter
