    Admin Assistant/ HR Manager

    Location: Zaria

    Pay Range: Negotiable


    Hulhulde International Ltd is an indigenous Nigerian company involved in the processing of premium parboiled rice and poultry feed in Zaria town of Kaduna State Nigeria.

     It’s currently looking to hire an enthusiastic fellow who would fill the position of Admin Assistant and HR Manager to oversee all aspects of administrative, human resources practices and processes

    Minimum Qualification: Degree

    Experience Level: Entry level

    Experience Length: 2 years


    • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
    • Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
    • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
    • Respond to employee HR related requests, attend to employee complaints and work to resolve conflicts
    • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
    • Oversee and supervise the work of junior staff
    • Any other HR/Admin related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.


    • Proven admin or assistant experience
    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Fluent in the Hausa Language.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
