Accounts Payable Officer

Job Description
- The Account Payable Officer is responsible for reviewing invoices for accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies before approving payment.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3-4 years work experience.
Key KPIs:
- Complete source documents
- Reduced error rate in posting
- Accurate VAT and WHT application on bills
- Accurate vendor offline statement of account
- Bill processing time of 1hr upon receipt.
Deliverables and Duties:
- Billing – Scrap Vendors
- Vendor Payment
- Petty Cash Management
- VAT & WHT.
