Accounts Officer at Nine Stars Limited

Description 

• The accountant will be responsible for the day-to-day accountings of the business transactions in the factory, and will be handling tasks such as invoicing, expense reports, Accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets accounting, and inventory management. They play a vital role in the month-end and year-end closing process.

Job Responsibilities
Financials:

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Verification of expense vouchers as per company policies
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Assist with other accounting projects
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Specific Certification (if any)
