We started as a small scale business in 1965, filling and packaging semi-finished products from the United Kingdom. Founded by The Late Lady Kate Osanakpo (a London-trained cosmetologist) with the support of her husband, Sir Louis Osanakpo, (a London-trained accountant.), we became known as Kates Beauty Products. In 1970, we expanded the scope of the business and started manufacturing products in Aba. In 1975, the Company was incorporated as Kates Beauty Products Limited.

Ensures that every GL item balance reflect the true position of transactions for the month.
Assists the Accounts Managers to ensure that the fixed assets ledger is updated every month.
Assists the Accounts Managers to runs depreciation using Sage and Quick Books; and reconciles assets register, GL figure every month.
Assists the Accounts Managers to amortizes all prepayments and ensure that necessary journals for provisions and accruals are raised every month end.
Assists the Accounts Managers to prepare and post salary journal every month end.
Assists the Accounts Managers to ensure that all expense claims are coded and made available to responsible officer for posting and equally posts same when delegated to do so.
Posts all Sundry suppliers’ invoices and schedules withholding taxes for payment every month as delegated.
Assists in documentation and posting of transactions in all company banks.
Reviews GL balances as delegated and pass journal to correct any posting error when necessary.
