Accounts Officer at Dana Group

Responsibilities

• Handle and record daily service cash collections in line with company policies.
• Enter transaction data accurately into Tally and Excel.
• Sort and organize job cards and invoices for proper documentation.
• Prepare and maintain ledgers with accurate financial entries.
• Assist in reconciliations and ensure all records tally with collections.
• Safeguard cash and ensure timely deposits into designated bank accounts.
• Support the Finance/Accounts team with other related duties as required.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a cashier, account officer, or in a similar finance role.
• Proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
• High level of integrity and accountability in handling cash.
• Good organisational and communication skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
