Job Summary 

Reporting to the Accountant, you will provide support in finance, inventory and accounting functions. 

Job Location: Lekki Phase1, Lagos

Responsibilities 

• Financial reporting- manage cash books, sales journals/registers, bank reconciliation etc.
• Manage manual accounting entries. journals, asset registers, accounts receivables and accounts payables. 
• Should be good with numbers- calculating large figures (manually and on excel) with zero to minimal errors. 
• Inventory management- Experience in routine physical stock taking, accurate inventory reporting, goods transfer record, goods received records, inventory addition and deductions, waybilling.

Requirements 

• HND or B.Sc. in Accounting or any related field.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years’ post qualification requisite experience. 
• Proficiency in Excel- Intermediate or advanced. You should  know how to use formulas correctly, and prepare accurate reports without supervision. 
• Highly proactive individual with a first rate technical expertise gained within a rapidly changing business environment. 
• Highly numerate and analytical with a practical approach to problem solving.
• A good knowledge of SAGE  accounting software is required.
