    Accounts/Business Development Officer


    In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and analyzing financial records, reconciling balance sheets, conducting bank reconciliations, market research, analyzing trends and identifying new market trends. You will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams and clients to support timely and accurate financial reporting. Additionally, you will contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Likewise, you will play a vital role in communications with regulatory agencies like the Federal inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Lagos state Inland Revenue Service (LIRS), Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSTIF) and other regulatory agencies. You should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as an entrepreneurial mindset.

    1. Manage financial transactions and record keeping.
    2. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
    3. Conduct bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
    4. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
    5. Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial data and support decision making.
    6. Assist with tax preparation and audits
    7.  Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

    Business Development

    1. Identify and Prospect potential Clients and Strategic Partners.
    2. Develop and Implement Business Development Strategies and Plans.
    3. Conduct Market Research to Identify Trends and Target Markets.
    4. Foster and Maintain Relationships with Existing Clients and Partners.
    5. Collaborate with Internal Teams to Develop customized solutions for Clients.
    6. Monitor and Analyze Market Activities and Competition.

    Role Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
    2. Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
    3. Proficient in accounting software (e.g QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
    4. Experience in the Sales industry would be preferred.
    5. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
    6. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
    7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
    8. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    9. Knowledge of tax regulations and procedures is a plus.

    Age: 21 years – 27 years.

    Remuneration: NGN 100,000

    N.B: Applicants with residence in Lagos Mainland and proximity to Ikeja would be preferred.
