The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for daily data entry, accurate financial record-keeping, and effective petty cash management.
This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to support the finance team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial transactions within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Enter financial transactions into the accounting software daily.
Maintain accurate records of all petty cash transactions and reconcile balances.
Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and financial documentation.
Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting.
KeyRequirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong numerical accuracy and data management skills.
