Accounting Clerk at OneFocus Consulting Service

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and post to the ERP system
• Reconcile receipts, invoices, and petty cash
• Assist with payroll preparation and statutory deductions
• Prepare daily revenue reports and assist with end-of-month closing
• Support internal audits and provide requested financial data
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in financial documentation
• Uphold ethical accounting standards in line with Lavinda's value of integrity

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role(hospital/clinic preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention in detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
