Accountants at DeeCla Services Limited (DSL)

Job Summary

• Our client is in need of an accountant that will help make its financial decisions by collecting, tracking, correcting, and communicating the financial position of the company.
• The qualified candidates will be required to record transactions, compile and analyze data, perform audits, assist with budgets and financial forecasting, compute statutory payments, and report findings to Management and other Stakeholders.
• He/she should have a solid accounting background with core strength in analysis as well as financial reporting.
• He/she should be experienced in handing ERP & accounting software to meet the objectives of the Finance Team of the organization.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Process payments (Cheque and Uploads) on the company’s Projects.
• Prepare invoice and handle stock order
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Posts all transactions on the accounting software.
• Liaise with Auditor and Tax consultant.
• Create periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
• Keeping up to date current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
• Assist the management in the decision-making process (for example prepare budgets and financial forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, banking & finance or business –related field
• At least Five (5) years’ experience in similar role is a prerequisite
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software (Microsoft Business Dynamics 365 (Navision)
• Experience in implementation of a Finance strategy with sound understanding of EnterpriseBanking and all bank related digital platforms
• Hands-on experience with computer applications like Microsoft office
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
