JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Record and maintain financial records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of daily transactions, including expenses, revenue, and bank deposits. 
• Prepare financial statements and reports: Compile and present reports, budgets, and financial statements like the balance sheet and profit and loss statement. 
• Ensure tax compliance: Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure prompt payment, while also providing analysis and recommendations to minimize tax liabilities. 
• Analyze financial data: Analyze financial operations to identify risks and challenges, and make recommendations to management on how to improve profitability. 
• Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals and growth objectives. 
• Financial Operations: Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and timely completion. 
• Financial Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze financial data to identify strengths and weaknesses, and propose corrective actions. 
• Cash Flow and Liquidity: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure the company\'s financial stability. 
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. 
• Leadership: Provide leadership to the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. 
• Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
