Accountant at Willers Solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the accounting cycle, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial reports
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and internal control procedures
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• HND/BSC in Accounting/Finance/ from a reputable University.
• Must have relevant Accounting Qualifications – ACA, ACCA, ICAN
• Minimum  of at least 5 years of experience in accounting and Tax Administration preferably in the service  industry
• Experience with preparing financial statements for a Microfinance Bank in Nigeria
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP)
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, SAGE or similar)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
