Job Description

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist with Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Have experience in annual financial statement preparation from start to finish.

Key Competencies

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• 2 - 5 years work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software like SAP
• Advanced MS Excel skills including V look-up and pivot tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• ICAN Membership/student membership is preferable.
