Accountant at Swift Consulting

Major Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and journal entries.
• Taxation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, and prepare tax returns as required.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting.
• Develope Internal Controls and Risk Management.
• Provide Financial Guidance and support including financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Strong analytical and Problem-Solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
