Job Description:

We are looking for a Mid Level Accountant for our partner, a fashion and apparel company. The Accountant will be responsible for all accounting functions and also carry out human resources functions on behalf of the company.

Our ideal candidate should be a proven accounting professional also with a knowledge of human resources practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Manage the organization Human Resources
• Recruitment Assistance
• Preparing and maintaining important financial reports
• Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time
• Offering guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization
• Conducting forecasting and risk analysis assessments
• Develop HR strategy for the organization

Key Requirements:

• BSC/HND Degree in accounting, Human Resources, Economics, Banking & finance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Firm grasp of CRM tools and relevant accounting software
• Excellent Interpersonal & People Management skills
