    Accountant

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records across all branches.
    • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Track and report on running costs, production costs, and unit economics.
    • Assist in setting and updating cost price and selling prices.
    • Prepare and file VAT, WHT, and PAYE for both branches.
    • Reconcile bank statements and handle cash flow management.
    • Monitor inventory records in conjunction with the inventory manager.
    • Support the company in fundraising efforts by generating accurate financial statements.
    • Ensure all assets (machines, vehicles, equipment) are captured in the books.
    • Coordinate salary payroll and manage statutory obligations.
    • Assist with audit preparations and liaise with external accountants or auditors
