They are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join their team as an Account Officer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the management of their accounting functions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage inventory efficiently.
Responsibilies
Main finance point of contact with the office staff and Top Management
Direct management of Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, and General Ledger.
Prepare monthly balance sheets of income and expenditure
Support in the production of tax reports
Payroll Accounting.
Proactively suggest ideas for process improvement, sealing losses, and increasing income.
Requirements
B.SC / HND qualification in Accounting, Finance or any related field
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Change management experience is desirable
Candidates must have a recognized accounting qualification,
Computer literate and proficient with accounting software in addition to Microsoft applications, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
