Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, track expenses, oversee revenue, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The role supports production, marketing, and retail functions, with a focus on leveraging technology for process improvement and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial transactions, cash flow, and maintain financial policies.
• Track production costs, manage budgets, and provide actionable insights for cost savings.
• Monitor and reconcile revenue streams across multiple sales channels.
• Evaluate marketing ROI and optimize budget allocation.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare accurate financial reports.
• Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate across departments to align financial goals with operational objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certifications like ICAN or ACCA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in retail, fashion, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sales tracking is an advantage.
