Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and provide variance analysis.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Collaborate with management to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial data for easy retrieval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and auditing standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
