Accountant at Optisoft Technology Company Ltd

• Optisoft is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial operations while also supporting internal product validation for our accounting platform .

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports. This includes tracking income and expenses, maintaining accurate ledgers, and ensuring all financial data is properly recorded and up to date.
• You will handle bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and support budgeting and financial planning processes. You will also ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
• In addition to core accounting responsibilities, you will actively use and validate our internal accounting platform (Izu). This includes testing accounting-related features, verifying correctness of financial workflows, and identifying inconsistencies or gaps from a real-world accounting perspective.
• You will work closely with the engineering team by providing feedback on how the system performs in practical accounting scenarios and helping improve its accuracy and usability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial documentation
• Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with digital tools and accounting systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using accounting software or ERP systems
• Familiarity with testing or validating financial systems
• Basic understanding of how software systems handle financial data and workflows
