• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial operations of our lounge.
• The ideal candidate will handle accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• You will play a crucial role in managing budgets, processing transactions, and providing financial insights to the management team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Prepare and submit financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor expenditures and prepare budgets to improve financial efficiency.
• Assist in preparing financial reports for management and providing insights on financial performance.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and manage petty cash.
• Work closely with management to support financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage financial tasks with minimal supervision.
