Entourage Integrated Trust Ltd is a fast grwowing financial company in need of an Accountant/IT Personnel with fast knowledege in accounting and banking software application (Bank One)

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Contributes to the formulation of Accounting Policies and procedures in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and standards

• Cross-check accurate posting & completeness of pay in slips posted to the cashbook and daily journal by the branches 

• Carry out timely bank statement reconciliation of payables and receivables branch-wide and follow up issues arising daily/weekly/monthly 

• Ensure proper documentation and approval of transactions before disbursement of funds

• Monthly preparation and submission of management account

• Provide management reports on periodic financial performances and recommend solutions to inherent problems 

• Ensures reliability and sufficiency of the financial and management information generated by and furnished for the use of the company

• Ensure proper bookkeeping

• Timely preparation of balance sheets and profit/loss statements monthly, bi-annually and yearly.

• Review revenue and expenditure variance analysis

• Review all lodgements and withdrawals posted into our account and alert all concerned (i.e cash lodgement or transfers)

• Prepare and Maintain Income Schedule on all Staff loans.

• Carry out financial control audit on a monthly /quarterly /yearly basis with the view of ensuring that all financial transactions for the month/year was  carried out for accuracy and completeness

• Reporting the Cash position of the Company on a daily/monthly and yearly basis to ensure it remains on track

• Controlling and Monitoring adequate updates of all cash receipts in the cash register

Educational/Professional Requirements:

• BSc or HND in any accounting 

• Not less than 2 years of accounting experience

• Ability to use accounting software ( BANK ONE) 

• Must reside within Lagos Mainland

Salary: NGN100,000
