Key Responsibilities

• Recording and tracking transactions, processing receivables and payables, and preparing invoices
• Contributing to financial statements by compiling data and checking it against internal records
• Reviewing financial data to ensure it's accurate and up to date
• Managing basic office tasks like filing, printing, reporting, and emailing Communicating with clients to understand their financial needs, scheduling appointments, and managing client records
• Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needsEvaluating financial budgets and tracking expenses
• Drafting and reporting financial presentations
• Reconciling bank records

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of professional accounting experience
• Must be good in the use of Sage Accounting Package
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
