Accountant at HR Aid

We are currently seeking for an Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for various tasks including, but not limited to, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections
• Prepare financial statements and other financial reports as required
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform general accounting duties as assigned by the senior accountant

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and auditing. 
• Must have ICAN or ACCA
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Preferred gender is female.
