Accountant at General and Health Logistics International Limited

Job Responsibilities
The accountant will be responsible for:

• Update, prepare and reconcile bank accounts records and generation of management reports.
• Record and reconcile account payable.
• Record and reconcile account receivables and prepayments.
• Preparation and management of fixed assets register.
• Prepare daily accounting records and Journal entries.
• Compile and analyze account information by liability, and capital account entries.
• Review and process expense invoices.
• Review and validate revenue invoices.
• Ensure proper filling of accounts records.

Key Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years post-ICAN hands on work experience.
• Experience working with Audit firm, Commercial Company or Logistics is an added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of any accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Attention to details.
• Good planning and proper time management.
